The Banta Family: Where Does the Time Go?

It has been forever since I have updated, and I can't believe how fast time goes! Charlie is doing awesome. He is almost three months old and has become a very happy baby...thank god! He is constantly smiling when you talk to him and really only cries when he is hungry or tired. He is sleeping awesome...his last feeding is at midnight and he sleeps until around 7am. Of course I have to get up every once in a while to give him his binky, but other than that he is great. He is a squirmer too...by the morning he is upside down at the bottom of his crib, but I guess that keeps him happy. We had to take out the bumpers and all the fun stuff that was in there because he moves around so much. He can roll from his back to side and side to stomach which is fun to watch him do. He has a little trouble getting from his side to his stomach but with a little grunting and moaning he makes it.

Charlie's eyes light up when he hears mommy and daddy walk into a room which is the best feeling ever and I hope it never stops!!! He LOVES the tv, which I guess isn't the best thing in the world, but if he is cranky all we have to do is hold him so he can see the tv and he calms down...I guess he takes after his mother! He adores his cousin Kori and she adores him. Whenever she comes over to visit him his face lights up and he loves when she plays with him. I can't wait until he is old enough to actually play with her instead of sit there and stare. She has the best little personality...and is always asking for Charlie! It's adorable. We have a video of Tim dancing with Charlie and Kori dancing with her Elmo doll, which she named Charlie...haha. It is so cute, once I figure out how to upload videos I will post it. Oh well, that's all for now...
